At Haki, we want you to receive your order in perfect condition.

Because our products are food items, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@eathaki.co with your order details and photos of the issue. We will review the case and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

Refunds or returns cannot be provided based on personal taste preferences.

We reserve the right to update this policy from time to time.

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@eathaki.co and include your order details.

While we will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, we cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has already entered processing or shipping.
